Point person - Assigning jobs for different parts of your wedding is great! But, overall you need a point person... a person that is in charge and makes all of the decisions no matter how small. This person will know exactly how you want things to be done.
Tip envelopes- perpare and organize these envelopes ahead of time and give to your point person.
Cake knife and toasting glasses Don't depend on your caterer or baker to bring these items. Both of these items need to be purchased in advance and are usually items you will want as a keepsake.
Pens- This item is often forgotten and everyone is scrambling to find a pen for the registry.
A must do ! Put pens on your list.
Invitation- You will want an invitation for the photographer to capture. Your wedding invitation can be photographed along with your shoes, jewelry etc. to create a memory you will definitely want.
Misc. linens- we never see tablecloths for the guest tables missing but often times extra linens are needed for the DJ's table the gift table , cake table or dessert table. And don"t forget the buffet tables. A must do is to remember to ask your caterer if you are responible for the buffet linens and if so how many do they need.
Vendors Table- You will need a designated place for all your vendors to sit and eat. Vendors work very hard to make your day special so don't forget them.
Card Box- This insures you won't loose the gift cards. Having a place to put them is always a good idea so they aren't just thrown on a table.
